Main argument: There is no right or wrong to what approach to use, formalist or ideological, when analyzing film. But the critic will pick the best way to express their opinion about the film. For me the formalist approach would be my best pick to analyze a film.

Okay, I can see where you are planning to go from here. It is not clear whether or not you have really thought about which quotes you will use to support your claims or even which scene you will analyze. But, judging from your previous writing samples, I trust that this essay will develop into something original and interesting. Work on the "why" issue in regard to your main argument.
